Aadil specialises in finding leadership talent within the Tech and Professional Services sectors. He has a wide range of experience, from working with large firms to funded start-ups and has in-depth experience recruiting for Technology, Data and Digital domains. His primary focus is to help companies in the UK, EMEA and Asia markets find the best leadership talent.

Prior to working with Quantum, he ran his own specialist recruiting firm in India growing it from a start-up to becoming the preferred recruiting partner for a number of SMEs and global organisations within India and Europe.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, is an auto enthusiast and closely follows global politics and current events.
