Omar is our Business Growth Specialist, responsible for offering strategic guidance and direction to the board that will ensure that the company achieves its mission and objectives for growth. He brings to Quantum a wealth of experience in supporting Recruitment organisations in achieving stronger customer focus and retention of both clients and staff.
Omar has over 25 years’ of experience across strategy, operations, and people development. Having operated in organisations of various types and sizes, which include multinationals through to SME’s, Omar’s role is that of Growth Specialist and includes working with owner operators as Advisor, Coach and Mentor with a particular focus on supporting organisations with turnaround and exit objectives.
