Before joining Quantum, Pauline gained more than 20 years of valuable experience in the manufacturing management, commercial, purchasing industries with exposure to supply chain within a major German Automotive OEM, Volkswagen. Working with valued top-tier suppliers within the German car giant has no doubt influenced her career to date and this invaluable exposure has led to her skillset being tailored to specialising in head-hunting the very best executive talent for a number of vertical sector organisations from technology and automotive to software and manufacturing.
After 16 years with the business, Pauline now is the Managing Director of Quantum and is responsible for the management of the business, the delivery of our quality and operating standards and ethics.
