With a recent focus on Team Building and Development, Talent Management, Operations, Project Management, and Business Process Improvement,  Steve has a successful track record in recruiting and building successful, high-performing teams and driving cultural and operational change, through implementing best practices, improving business processes, and enhancing employee engagement.

Outside work, Steve is an avid, no, obsessive, record collector and even dabbles in musical events promotion. When he isn’t jamming out, Steve is an occasional runner and carries the weight of being a lifelong supporter of Aston Villa Football Club!
