Welcome to the team - Zeynep Dogan

We’re delighted to welcome Zeynep Dogan to Quantum as Senior Research Consultant!

Zeynep brings over 10 years of headhunting and direct sourcing experience to Quantum, across different countries and regions. Zeynep will be working in in retained search assignments at Quantum. Here’s what Zeynep had to say when we sat down to say hello.

Can you tell us about your background and experience?

I am a driven, hardworking, and creative research consultant with more than 10 years of headhunting and direct sourcing experience in a variety of international assignments both in-house and agency. With strong interpersonal skills, I create rapport with my hiring managers and candidates throughout the process. I have lived in 4 different countries, which has developed me into someone who’s able to work and live in multicultural environments as well as be an expert in international relocations and starting from scratch once arriving.

Can you tell us about your role at Quantum?

I work in retained search assignments across the globe. I know my part in any recruitment process is crucial as I become the face of the company and the go-to person for the candidate.  I make sure my candidates are well-informed throughout the process, and I like to stay in touch with them even after the assignment is closed.

What attracted you to this role at Quantum?

I am excited about joining Quantum as a Senior Research Consultant. The bespoke approach that Quantum provides to its clients and candidates has attracted me to the company. Having been through the process myself recently I find them highly professional, transparent, and trustworthy. Overall, a great team to be a part of.

What is your career highlight to date?

Learning about industries and careers, meeting with new people and bringing them opportunities of their careers make my day and keep me going. Knowing that my candidates stay in the business that I placed long years shows me that they are happy, and I am good at this matchmaking game!

Most difficult placement?

In this assignment, my candidate was in the Netherlands but the role was based in the UK. I knew he was talking about a similar role with another company in the Netherlands and the biggest issue that we had was that he really wanted to take our offer but was not in a position to relocate. Having honest and transparent communication from the beginning between my client and candidate throughout the process, I managed to place him in the Netherlands.

Thank you for your time, Zeynep. We’re looking forward to seeing what’s to come!
